Your tasks:

  • Independent, comprehensive project management in direct contact with the client and executing companies
  • Project management in the field of building construction
  • Creating cost estimates and managing projects from a cost perspective
  • Preparation / participation in the awarding process according to phases 6 and 7 of the HOAI
  • Settling construction services
  • Independent supervision of construction projects with a budget of at least 5 million euros in the residential, commercial, and public real estate sector
  • You will work in a team of experienced construction managers

What you bring:

  • Degree: Dipl.-Ing. (Civil Engineering/Architecture) or Bachelor or Master of Engineering/Civil Engineering or a comparable field of study
  • You are motivated by the high quality standards of our clients and the entire team
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Willingness to take responsibility for the project entrusted to you
  • Reliability and commitment in dealing with clients, colleagues, and project participants
  • Service orientation
  • Fluency in German and excellent MS Office
