- Supervising and overseeing staff across different locations/schools
- Ensuring fidelity in program implementation and services
- Verifying accurate and timely completion of program and service paperwork by staff
- Assisting staff in establishing and nurturing positive relationships with school personnel
- Compiling monthly data reports
- Contributing to the management team for the development and supervision of agency programs
- Facilitating the recruitment, training, and supervision of new personnel as required
- Engaging in continuous professional development activities
- Developing and executing agency presentations
- Representing the agency at essential community gatherings
- Being an integral part of the agency's management team
- Backing the agency's management, mission, and objectives consistently
- Any other assignments provided
- Proficiency in agency planning, project design, and contract negotiation
- Experience in utilizing technology for database creation supporting program evaluations
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting obligations
- Understanding of public and private human service organizations
- Dedication to a person-centered, family-centered, culturally sensitive approach
- Devotion to continuous quality enhancement and a collaborative governance model
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Keen focus on detail and follow-up
- Adaptability in a swiftly evolving setting
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in educational and/or human services
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in human services mandatory, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Background in health, education, substance abuse, juvenile justice, or similar child and family services
- History of working with young individuals, with a preference for engaging them in services
- Capacity to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and input data using agency systems
- Willingness to provide services in households
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis from various sources
- Competence in Excel, One Drive, Google Drive, and other software
- Experience in recruiting and training new personnel
