The California Attorney General's Office is looking for a motivated individual who is interested in gaining knowledge, building experience and growing within the department by assisting the legal support and docketing unit with administrative office procedures.
The Seasonal Clerk may provide coverage in Executive Unit, various Business Services units, Legal Support management, and secretarial teams, as needed performing various tasks.
May copy/scan documents; deliver supplies; coordinate building maintenance requests; maintain photo copier and maintenance reports; escort vendors; gather data and assemble report; health and safety matters; organizational projects; special projects; assembly of documents; schedule appointments; meetings; conference calls; prepare travel expense claims; create indexes of case files by reviewing exhibits and pleadings; and other administrative or clerical functions as needed.
