Loan Servicing Company (not an originator) seeking experienced
Loan Servicing Representatives/Customer Service to join FCI's dedicated team of long-term mortgage professionals.
Higher pay offered for proven prior mortgage loan servicing experience.
(Not loan origination or loan closing experience)
EXAMPLE OF TASKS:
- Answer inbound calls regarding mortgage loans.
- Accurately document information into company software.
- Assist borrowers with CheckbyPhone Payments
- Review pay histories.
- Explain escrow disclosure statements.
- Perform office duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Interact with callers showing sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly, listen concisely and effectively.
- Use basic math to solve problems.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years' experience in loan servicing industry.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.
- Solid vocabulary, math, and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English, including business level verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills with a minimum keyboarding of 40 wpm.

The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms. The work environment temperature is compliant with OSHA regulations.VISION:
See in the normal visual range with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
HEARING:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Pay:
$ $25.59 per hour
