WHAT TO EXPECT

  • As an IT system management specialist, you will be the point of contact for IT problems and handle customer inquiries
  • You will learn how to handle customer requests, such as documenting problems and inquiries in a service management system and prioritizing them to keep track of them
  • Managing data with appropriate software is also an important learning field
  • You will learn about various programs that can be used to analyze and categorize data
  • Setting up workstations according to customer preferences is also part of the job
  • You will learn how to interact with customers, fulfill their IT infrastructure needs, and procure all necessary systems and products

WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

  • You should have a strong interest in computers and enjoy working with technology
  • You enjoy delving into processes and procedures and identifying potential for improvement
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy helping others with their (especially technical) problems
