Responsibilities:


  • Post cash transactions (ACH, credit card payments) and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Assist with entering invoices, resolving discrepancies, and issuing checks.
  • Discuss with the Controller the status of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare monthly analysis or aging reports for AR and AP.
  • Generate daily invoices.
  • Update and maintain customer and vendor profiles.
  • Review new customer setup forms, net terms, and required documents.
  • Create new vendors and customers in the ERP system.
  • Assist the Controller with monthly, quarterly, and yearend closing entries and reports.
  • Perform other duties reasonably associated with the above essential functions and additional duties assigned by the Controller.
  • Some HR duties and responsibilities; willingness to train.

Qualifications:


  • Accounting degree preferred (Bachelor's or Associate's).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Excellent followup skills with acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information and documents appropriately.
