- 3-5 years in project/public infrastructure finance with a bank, developer, energy contractor, or a large/medium-size firm
- Proficiency in drafting commercial and financing documents, document review, legal research, and writing memoranda
- Knowledge of transactional work focusing on infrastructure and/or energy-related financial transactions
- Experience in working and communicating directly with both public and private sector clients
- Strong academic credentials
- Superior interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills

- Ability to handle fast-paced, complex transactions and manage multiple projects and deadlines
