    Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs.

    Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree From an accredited Audiology program Or
    • Ph.
    D. From an accredited Audiology program

    • Coursework/Training Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need.
    • Upon hire: Oregon Audiologist License
    • Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.
