    Description

    Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree From an accredited Audiology program Or
    • Ph.D. From an accredited Audiology program
    • Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need.
    • Upon hire: Oregon Audiologist License
    • Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.

    About the Team

    Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
