    Physical Therapist

In this role, you will independently treat clients in the comfort of their own homes as they continue their recovery journey. You will also get to know your patients and their families and educate and counsel them while they or their loved ones are on that road to recovery. A road that you are helping to pave.

    Duties:

    • Deliver home-based physical therapy services to adult patients with general medical and orthopedic conditions.
    • Consult with physicians and other health care workers, assuring satisfactory patient progress during different phases of rehabilitation
    • Show true sympathy and compassion for optimal results.
    • Drive to your patients' homes throughout your assigned region daily
    • Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment

    Requirements:

    • Valid physical therapy license
    • Valid Driver's license
    • Home Health experience preferred but not required
    • Current CPR certification
    • New Grads Accepted
