    We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to support patients in Florence, Marion, Dillon, Lee County, Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Darlington County.

    The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health evaluates and assesses patient care needs related to mobility, stamina, pain, and medical conditions. You will develop treatment plans, provide interventions, and monitor progress.

    • Assess patient's needs and collaborate on a therapy plan with the physician
    • Observe and communicate patient response to treatment
    • Provide treatment to improve function and manage pain
    • Educate patients, family, and healthcare team on the care plan and progress

    Licensure Requirements
    • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the practice state
    • Current CPR certification
    • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle
