Process Engineer Digitalization / Lean Management Starting date:

Oakvale Working hours: Full-time Department: Commercial / Technical Field of activity: Creation of optimal production-related processes and ensuring existing processes in terms of time, quality and costs Introduction, support and optimization of various modules of the production control system (MES) as a key user Management or active participation in company-wide and production-related projects in production Design of workstations with regard to ergonomic aspects, logistical aspects and tools of lean management Creation of specifications and coordination of equipment projects with internal and external suppliers Comprehensive IT support in ongoing production Profile Successfully completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or comparable courses Entrepreneurial thinking and acting In-depth knowledge of lean management and ideally project management Creativity and perseverance in solving various technical tasks Good communication skills, independent work style and hands-on mentality Experienced handling of Office 365 Our offer Exciting, international environment at an innovative, family-run medium-sized company with flat hierarchies Great scope for shaping and changing things and contributing your own
