We are seeking a highly motivated and Account Executive to join our sales team in the NY/NJ and Los Angeles area.

Our offices are conveniently located in Ridgefield Park, NJ and Carson, CA. In the role of Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively identify and engage new business opportunities
  • Conduct warm calling to generate new leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations
  • Present product offerings and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Serve as primary contact point for incumbent customers and strengthen customer relationships by providing assistance solution in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales target for revenue/profit and volume, and provide countermeasure for any areas requiring improvement
  • Working closely with pricing team and overseas partners on business development initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Submit a weekly sales activity and call report to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Min. of 3~5 years of Freight Forwarding sales experiences
  • Proven track of sales record and customer relations
  • Current book of business is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Well organized, flexible and proactive
  • Must be able to legally work in the U.S.

$90, $120,000.00 per year
