Your Responsibilities:
As the Head of Production Planning, you will be responsible for meeting deadlines at our facility in Schramberg and report to the Head of Technology & Production


This includes:

  • Coordinating material procurement, order management, capacity planning, and master data management with a focus on meeting deadlines and controlling costs.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing our team of three in production planning with team spirit and your expertise.
  • Collaborating closely with the production management to continuously improve our facility.
  • Continuously developing and optimizing process mapping in the ERP system in collaboration with the Supply Chain Management department and other facilities.
  • Initiating and participating in various projects, such as the implementation of a production control system and optimizing the procurement process.

Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in business, manufacturing, or production engineering and several years of experience in production planning.
  • You are familiar with ERP systems and production control systems.
  • You have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, willingness to travel, and good English language skills complete your profile.
