Global Product Manager, Pyxis Med and Supply
This position will be responsible for global marketing strategy and planning for Pyxis Med and Supply solutions.
You will partner closely with commercial marketing, region marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution of customer needs, value creation, product development, commercial and strategic product placement and promotion, to achieve planned growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing value offer/value prop to drive strategic roadmap, prioritization of global platform deliverables
- Managing voice of customer and stakeholder process, driving prioritization of feedback and input
- Leading, with Commercial and crossfunctional Marketing partners, research initiatives to drive strategic insights, directional guidance on product development, commercial priorities.
- Partnering with Medical Affairs to evolve, develop evidence generation and product claims
- Responsible for business case development, evaluation with Platform team to drive innovation, development of new solutions
- Represent the Global Marketing Platform on project Core Teams, partnering with crossfunctional Associates to execute the strategic roadmap
- Executing key stagegate (GPDS) governance activities, with adherence to BD Way of Marketing best practices
- Develop a keen understanding of customer experience journey from order to support driving improvements through the platform in alignment with crossfunctional partners
- Able to understand and communicate complex workflows, developing and demonstrating strong product and market knowledge, specifically related to medication management in hospitals
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customerdriven
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in marketing and/or product/solution management with demonstrated excellence in commercial strategy and launch planning required
- Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing/Business or Technical Field; MBA preferred
- Healthcare automation experience and hospital pharmacy experience desired
- Experience getting things done in highly matrixed environments, able to work with crossfunctional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control
- Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience across international geographies with success in incorporating diverse stakeholder feedback
- Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.

Location:
Hybrid role at BD office in San Diego, CA preferred
Travel:
Up to 25% travel required
. Entry to hospitals and other medical facilities is required.
Many facilities have instituted vendor credentialing policies which require vendors to meet defined training, background check and proof of immunization requirements as a condition of entry.
Associates entering these facilities are required to abide by these credentialing requirements.$107, ,300.00 USD Annual
