Your Responsibilities

Managing strategic procurement, particularly in the design and negotiation of national and international contracts, specifically complex IT contracts (e.g. SoftwareasaService/Cloud and web hosting contracts, software license and maintenance contracts, reseller contracts, and hardware purchase contracts)
Providing legal advice and support for global national and international projects, especially in the IT sector (e.g. development of products, platforms, services, and other initiatives with partners in the digital innovation environment)
Advising clients throughout the company on global developments in cybersecurity, platform regulation, data protection, and telecommunications laws
Collaborating with interdisciplinary and international project teams; interacting and coordinating with subject matter experts (data protection, IT security, risk management, etc.) to provide proactive, timely, relevant, and comprehensive advice
Supporting projects within the global legal team, such as drafting standard templates, best practices, contributing to playbooks, and designing processes
Developing and maintaining contract templates
Conducting trainings for business units within the company
Agile and strategic collaboration with all stakeholders and departments, including designing and conducting trainings

Your Qualifications

Fully qualified lawyers with aboveaverage exam results, at least 2 years of professional experience in IT legal consulting (additional knowledge of data protection and MedTech/Pharma sectors is advantageous), and an interest in contract, international commercial, competition, and medical device law
