**Job Description**
As a member of the development team, you will be working with the project managers to assist with project scheduling, FF&E purchasing, architectural and interior design review, & project budgeting. You will also assist with site acquisition due diligence, which includes investigation of sites, review of environmental reports, geotechnical reports, and zoning regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities could include reviewing plans, attending job meetings, visiting construction sites, & coordinating owner supplied material. You will participate and contribute to the development of a projects scope and content and help manage the implementation, cost, schedule and quality of the properties design and construction with the support of the Construction, Architecture, Interior Design & Purchasing teams.
**Qualifications**
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience and a degree in either Construction Management or Architecture
Must be a self-starter and an independent thinker who takes initiative to thrive in our fast-paced environment
An inquisitive mind and particular interest in high-end hotel development
Strong Organizational Skills-the ability to multi-task & document your work is essential
Meticulous attention to detail & sharp problem-solving skills are required
Excellent Communication Skills-you will collaborate with people at all levels and in a variety of industries: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Development, Design, and Finance
Must be a team player who sees projects from multiple points of view
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, & Procore is preferred
Must be willing to travel to project up to one day a week
