    Hear Michigan Centers, part of Alpaca Audiology

    Location: Grand Rapids, MI

    5020 East Beltline North East, Suite 106, Grand Rapids, MI 49525

    Current pay: $17.00 – 19.00 an hour + Sales Incentive Program

    Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm

    A day in the life of a Patient Care Coordinator involves:

    ∙Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email

    ∙Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic's Hearing Care Professionals

    ∙Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships

    ∙Working with insurance companies to ensure successful private & third-party billing

    ∙Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs – don't worry, training provided
