Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Front Office Representative at our Grand Rapids location.
At Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will be joining a nationally recognized, PT-owned practice that believes nobody should be in pain.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the internal and external communications of the company flow smoothly and efficiently in a positive way.
- Overseeing the setting of patient appointments efficiently in order to allow for maximum production.
- Ensuring that appointments by patients are kept to protect the progress of patients' recovery. Displaying characteristics of being servant focused at all times.
- Ensuring referrals convert into evaluations with mínimal delay.
- Ensuring all services provided have full billing information obtained before PT services are rendered.
- Understanding and working towards preestablish stats and goals set up specific to the position and displaying business excellence at all times.
- Ensuring front desk collections are done fully and on time.
- Education of patients, referral sources, and the local community regarding our values and services.
- The readiness to show appreciation and to return kindness.
- Collaboration in and among coworkers, patients, and community partners.
- Assisting patients go through exercises assigned from their provider.

Requirements:
- 13 years Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Able to complete training in one of our Lansing area clinics.
