About us
Utopia Management is a property management company seeking an experienced Real Estate sales agent to join our team. As the designated sales agent, you will handle the marketing and sales of various types of properties, including single family homes, condos, small apartment buildings, and selected commercial units. Our current portfolio comprises approximately 500 rental units across the Inland Empire region. In addition to property sales, we expect you to assist tenants interested in property purchases. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to excel as a high-performing agent. We provide a unique incentive program embedded within our lease and management agreements that consistently generates top-quality leads. Pay: $81,160.00 - $103,676.00 per year
