Compensation:

$28 - $30 Hourly

Responsibilities:

Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to schedule appointments.
Make up to 4050 followup phone calls daily
(No cold calls)

Utilize scripts
Update customer interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Manage Multiple Excel Spreadsheets.
Provide support to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Team.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Flexible work schedule 40 hours per week.
Selfmotivated, selfdirected with a track record of successful, credible lead followup and sales development.
High energy and selfmotivation with a "take charge" attitude to develop quality business relationships.
Demonstrates active listening and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Proficient in Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar.
Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
Speaks fluent and clear English.
Must pass a CORI check.
