- Previous experience supervising hourly employees
- Experience utilizing business systems and tools that aid in managing labor and processes
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in production/manufacturing/operations or similar environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools
- Familiarity with Oracle, Autotime, Power BI tools
- Six-Sigma Certificate (Green or Black Belt) Lean Manufacturing Certificate
- Associate degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate business or technical field and four (4) years of related experience
- Managing high reliability electronic manufacturing teams
- Ensuring Operations performance against business requirements through the execution of day to day operations by leading manufacturing hourly workforce
- Being the first level of elevation for the team
- Responsible for product flow to meet and exceed both internal and external customer needs
- Owning and taking pride in being a "People Manager" to best capitalize on untapped potential of team members so that both the team and business can be successful
- Ensuring that all employees are working safely, according to work instructions, challenging the team in order to continue to grow individually and as a team.
