    Looking for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to Join Our Team!

    Come be part of our team at the forefront of global digital acceleration as a Mechanical Reliability Engineer at Mosaic Phosphates Central Florida Locations! Your role will involve improving equipment reliability through failure analysis and implementing changes to maintenance, operations, procurement, and design practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the successful implementation of reliability improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the NAB Asset Integrity Team to deploy best practices.
    • Monitor reliability cost savings, production increases, and equipment life cycle.
    • Develop project plans based on the IDMAIC process.
    • Utilize AI and Data Analytic principles through various tools to identify equipment performance patterns.
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to find solutions.
    • Allocate resources for reliability initiatives.
    • Report reliability performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement Asset Strategies for equipment and process reliability.
    • Facilitate Reliability review meetings and Root Cause Analysis sessions.
    • Collaborate with maintenance teams for precision maintenance procedures.
    • Support capital, workflow, and procurement teams for spares analysis and new systems installation.

    Requirements for All Levels:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and data historian software.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.

    Engineer I

    • 0-2 years of engineering experience.

    Engineer II

    • 2+ years of engineering experience.

    Engineer III

    • 4+ years of engineering experience.

    Engineer Sr

    • 8+ years of engineering experience.

    Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience in chemical processing and mining.
    • Knowledge of Predictive Technologies with relevant certifications.
    • Certifications such as CMRP and/or CRL.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and other data management software.
    • Knowledge of EAM systems like SAP S/4HANA and OIS Pi Vision.
