RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
  • Suggest additional options to customers based on their needs.
  • Utilize analytical skills to determine areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Provide training and support to the rental agent staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the Rental department

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Team player
  • Hard worker Energetic
  • Leadership and Management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
