Kord Fire protection is a specialty service contractor, specializing in fire sprinklers, fire alarm, fire suppression, fire extinguishers provide service across southern California.

Job Summary Overview:

The Estimator/ Sales responsibilities include opening new accounts, customer service on existing accounts, and the development of relationships with a diverse range of customers.

Also included in the daily duties is estimating upcoming projects for the company. From communicating with customers, generating estimates, follow-ups, communicating with technicians, office staff and suppliers. project is handled in a professional manner from start to finish.

Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

- stablish a good relationship with new customers with their service requests

Maintain relationships with existing customers
Manage existing customers and create new estimates in internal company CRM
Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
Followup on potential projects and Maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor department
Manage customer requests, issues, complaints, projects including any issues that may arise
Ability to build long term relationships with customers

Position Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills:

Preferred experience in the fire protection or Construction,
Bachelor's Degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field
Preferred
Strong sales experience
Preferred
Able to leverage relationships within industry
Customer service, principles and practices
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Established book of businessPreferred
Strong communication skills, written and oral
