    Description
    This Jobot Job is hosted by: We are seeking a Permanent Project Manager for our rapidly growing construction company.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion.

    This role will require an individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget.

    Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
    Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
    Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
    Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
    Meet contractual conditions of performance.
    Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
    Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    Proven working experience in construction management for 5+ years, specifically in commercial construction.
    Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
    Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
    Familiarity with construction management software packages.
    Competent in conflict and crisis management.
    Excellent time and project management skills.
    PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
