Job Description:

  • You will take on the role of a Scrum Master in a scaled environment for multiple teams (facilitating and organizing Scrum meetings, conflict management, removing obstacles, protecting the team)
  • Coach teams to establish and maintain an autonomous and self-organized way of working based on agile principles.
  • Promote openness and a culture of trust within the project teams
  • Act as a central point of contact for Agile and Scrum
  • Build and maintain contacts for exchange and synchronization with other agile areas within the company
