    Position Summary


    The Department of Pharmacology and Experimental Neuroscience at the University of Nebraska Medical Center invites applications for TWO postdoctoral research positions.

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research projects focusing on the intersection of HIV infection, drug abuse, and neuroinflammation.

    Responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, writing manuscripts, and contributing to grant applications.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biological sciences, expertise in inflammation-related research, and proficiency in molecular and cellular techniques.

    Candidates with experience in neurobiology and a track record of scientific achievements are encouraged to apply. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collaborative and vibrant research environment.

    Exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for advancing knowledge in neurobiology are essential for success in this role.

    Required Qualifications

    Ph.
    D. in biological sciences, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, physiology, pathology.

    Ability to write manuscripts, give presentations and think independently.
