    Position Qualification

    Position Summary

    This position is for postdoctoral research in Dr. Rowley's lab to use genomics / bioinformatics to uncover basic principles of transcriptional control, chromatin, epigenetics, and their relationships.

    Successful candidates are expected to perform innovative research and analyses on datasets that profile gene expression and chromatin, including RNA-seq, Hi-C, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq.

    They will also participate in lab meetings, seminars, and collaborations with cancer research.

    Required Qualifications

    PhD with experience in the analysis of genomic data
