Job Overview:


As a TowFLEXX Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal maintenance, repair, and operation of all TowFLEXX products, directly supporting our customers.

Your responsibilities will include performing detailed inspections, accurately diagnosing technical issues, and executing necessary repairs to maintain equipment efficiency and safety.

You will also provide hands-on support and expert advice to ensure our customers experience mínimal downtime and maximum satisfaction with our products.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all TowFLEXX and related products, adhering to safety and operational standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and effective troubleshooting methods.
  • Execute preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans, including lubrication, fluid checks, and parts replacement.
  • Quickly respond to equipment failures or malfunctions, providing onsite repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Assemble tugs and other equipment as needed, ensuring all components meet quality standards.
  • Assist in ensuring warehouse organization and conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, addressing and resolving queries and issues related to equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including the nature of work performed, parts utilized, and time spent.
  • Collaborate with team members to tackle complex technical challenges and enhance equipment functionality.
  • Follow safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications in all maintenance tasks.
  • Recommend improvements and modifications for equipment upgrades to boost reliability and efficiency.
  • Travel up to 2030% of the time to various locations as required.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a GSE Technician or similar role, preferably within the aviation or related sectors.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with a variety of aviation ground support equipment across multiple manufacturers.
  • Proficient use of diagnostic tools and understanding of equipment maintenance protocols.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Rigorous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to safety practices.
  • Relevant certifications or training in GSE maintenance or a related discipline are beneficial.
  • A CDL or experience with driving a truck and trailer is considered a positive.
  • Certified or experienced in forklift operations.
