This is a cash paying job.
Must be able to clean 2-4 houses per day, and work well with a team of 1-3 other people. Hours would typically no longer than 9am-2pm, 1-3 days a week.
Starting at $19 an hour, with opportunities for raises. New hire will go through a brief hands on training period of about one month depending on previous experience. After about 30 days, a pay raise to $20 an hour will occur.
Lisa's Cleaning Company has been a growing business for 10 years. They clean houses in Haddam, Higganum, East Haddam, and East Hampton, with the occasional business cleaning.

- Perform general house cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Wash walls, doors, windowsills, trim
- Occasionally make beds
- Clean and organize closets, cabinets, and other storage areas

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with cleaning products and procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must work well with a team of 13 other people and communicate
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, such as a vacuum, supply buckets, etc., if necessary
