Your responsibilities:
Active telephone sales of our products, primarily to existing customers (B2B sector)
Customer-specific offer creation and processing
Documentation of contact information and sales activities in the ERP system
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participation in shaping our internal sales processes
