As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions.

• Looking for a seasoned Bookkeeper with min 10 years exp on Quick books 24 Enterprise.
• Must have expert level experience in AR. AP, GL through Financials and payroll
• This role title is office manager and has additional duties managing staff and making sure they get there job's done.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Assist with invoicing customers as needed
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other government filings
• Maintain accurate and uptodate general ledger accounting
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial report writing and balance sheet reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax accounting, and governmental accounting
• Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
