- Process individual trust account deposits/distributions
- Process profit sharing participant notice mailings and distributions
- Process 1099 tax forms and mailings for all trust distributions
- Process wire transfers for trust investment purchases
- Performs unclaimed trust voucher research
- Enters trust transaction activity into Trust Processor automated system
- Assists with Trust Committee Meeting reports and/or copies
- Creates charitable trust application summary
- Process Treasury Bill purchase/sale transactions
- Assist manager with audit/examination copies
- Supports shareholder area with shareholder visits, stock transfers, address updates on shareholder system, shareholder report reviewer, shareholder mailings, reporting lost
- Maintains end of year car mileage report
- Supports safe deposit area in providing access/open/close of boxes
- Serves as reviewer for safe deposit unpaid reports
- Assists with medallion signature guarantee updates
