Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Support corporate accounting activities, such as monthend close processes and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to accounting

Experience:


  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Xero
  • Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and procedures
  • Experience with accounts payable and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp-to-hire


Pay:
$52, $60,000.00 per year
