    Location/Division Specific Information

    This position is within the Commercial Sales Operations business unit within the Life Sciences Solutions Group at Thermo Fisher.

    This individual will be remote.

    A day in the Life

    Determine product bag by position type, build and align sales territories, and set and manage quotas for LSG in North America.

    Assist in continuing effort to document entire process plan and guidelines for territory alignment and quota setting process for North America.

    Management of all necessary workflows to address existing requirements, manage timelines, effectively communicate across all teams, and address opportunities for improvements.

    Successfully influence, interact and manage internal and external partners/customers.
    Ad-hoc projects as the business requires.

    Keys to Success

    Education
    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or related field

    Experience
    3-5 years of sales operations or financial analysis required.
    Data Warehouse experience required. Cognos experience preferred.
    SFDC & SQL experience preferred.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities
    Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills required.

    Effectiveness in this role will require a strong knowledge of Corporate Operations, Research and Product offerings, Finance, Compensation, Commercial Sales Alignment, IT/CRM processes, etc.

    Must be exceptionally detail oriented.

    Must possess strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively both individually and as part of a team.

    Can disseminate information effectively and supply regular updates to key stakeholders.
    Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand.
    Maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment.

    Compensation and Benefits
    The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75,000.00-$113,


    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
