Job Overview:

AllSeason Solar currently has several open positions for a Virtual Inside Solar Consultant.

This position is a Full-Time and in office position, with a set schedule, located at our New Jersey office in Galloway.

Our Virtual Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for quickly developing meaningful relationships with new prospective customers and walking them through the entire sales process, from basic education to contract signature via the web by using software such as Zoom and Google Meet and Microsoft Team.


You will work directly with customers remotely, educating them on the benefits of going solar, as well as addressing their questions and concerns.

The Virtual Solar Financial Advisor is considered the key liaison between AllSeason Solar and the homeowner, and should personify a total expertise in Solar systems.

AllSeason Solar provides comprehensive sales and software training.


Hours, Compensation & Benefits:


  • Virtual In-Office Position This is not a Remote Work
  • Full-Time in Office position, approximately hours per week
  • Set work schedule
  • Performance based position
  • Salary plus commission, $75, 000 $150,000 per year
  • Health, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits available
  • Paid Holiday, Vacation and PTO days
  • No road work required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations via the web, with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Obtain all required sales documents via Docusign or Esigning
  • Knowledgeable in webbased programs including Sales CRM and G-Suite
  • Cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Represent AllSeason Solar's Vision and Mission

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Tech Savvy: MS Office, G Suite, CRM's and Virtual Software
  • Some Evenings and Saturdays Required
  • Exceptional followup skills a must
  • Excellent and articulate communicator
  • Comprehensive Training provided
