Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations.


Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, or systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventative maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.

Skills:

• Leadership: Ability to take charge and lead maintenance projects effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Electrical skills: Proficient in electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Welding skills: Capable of welding and fabricating metal structures as needed.
• Facilities maintenance: Experience in maintaining various aspects of facilities, including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
• Knowledge of schematics and logic controllers: Able to read and interpret technical diagrams.
• Strong problemsolving skills: Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.
