Job in the Modena region:

RESPONSIBILITIES Working together with your team of over 1000 employees, you will provide care for adults with cognitive and multiple disabilities.

You will plan, organize, and oversee the operation of residential groups, ensure the provision of necessary services, and support and develop your team members.

This responsible and diverse role also involves interdisciplinary collaboration with caregivers and authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, with recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign degrees, or possibly as a Registered Nurse HF/FH * Leadership training and experience * Experience working with adults with cognitive disabilities * PA training or willingness to complete it * Social competence, empathy, and assertiveness * Good computer skills * Team spirit * Heart and competence.
