The Dining Room Host/Hostess's primary role is to ensure that our guests experience Genuine Hospitality while dining with us in our dining room.
They will do this by executing 2nd Mile Service requirements and providing guests with a Clean and Safe environment.They will be a model of what it looks like to live out our purpose, mission, and core values all day, everyday.
Hospitality and Operations work together in tandem to help provide our guests with a "REMARKable Experience" every time they dine with us.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must have good interpersonal skills, and be able to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- Must be able to follow detailed directions either verbally or in writing
- Must be able to carry out tasks autonomously
- Must be able to perform in fast paced and loud environments
- Must be able to multitask to meet the demands of a constantly changing environment
- Must be able to pass the Food Handlers Certification process
