Your tasks:

Receive and discuss malfunction reports with the responsible person
Check malfunctions in the production area on site according to the received malfunction report at the respective machine, production line or system
Document repair measures and their duration in SAP
Set up tools in production systems and plan maintenance in coordination with other departments
Maintenance and repair of highly precise followon punching tools and complex injection molding tools
Production preparations of tools
Troubleshooting and commissioning of systems
Changing operating materials on the systems
Material exchange on the systems

Your profile:

Completed technical vocational training, e.g.

as a _tool mechanic (m/f/d), mold maker (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechanic (m/f/d), optional:
mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d)_

German language skills in speaking and writing
Willingness to work in shifts and/or flexible working hours (optional: weekend availability)
Independent and teamoriented work style
Professional experience is an advantage
Interest and enjoyment in the work
