Description

For our client, a leading real estate company, we are looking for a Controller (m,f,x) for the location Bergisch Gladbach. This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. We support you in the placement and offer all our services free of charge.

What to expect:

  • In this position, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and processing financial models for a portfolio of existing and newly planned complex real estate funds
  • You will analyze fund portfolios, investments and bank debts and create multi-year planning as well as intra-year income and liquidity forecasts in collaboration with fund management
  • You will also regularly conduct target-actual deviation analyses
  • You will support in creating customized and regulatory reports for stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for continuously evaluating the risks of the real estate portfolio and anticipating potential difficulties, as well as contributing to problem solving
  • You will ensure compliance with risk management and compliance policies
  • You will actively contribute to process improvement and support strategic and other project initiatives

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training with relevant further education or a corresponding degree with a focus on controlling/finance
  • Professional experience in accounting/controlling, preferably in the real estate or fund sector
  • You are characterized by a conscientious and responsible
