    Family Law Paralegal
    Location: North Miami Beach.
    Base Salary: $65k to $85k will depend on experience, plus benefits.

    MUST HAVE FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE
    Our client is seeking a full-time Family Law Paralegal for their expanding family division. Our mission is to provide the best representation for clients while providing a supportive, collaborative work environment for our staff.
    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have 2+ years of experience as a Family Paralegal. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of service to our clients and contributing to the success of our legal practice.

    Responsibilities:
    • Legal Support: Assist attorneys in all phases of case preparation, from client intake to trial.
    • Document Management: Draft legal documents, maintain case files, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
    • Research: Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and prepare supporting materials for cases.
    • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and requirements.
    • Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts, as well as track court dates and deadlines.
    • Scheduling: Manage attorney schedules, client appointments, and court appearances.

    Qualifications:
    • 1-3+ years of experience as a family law legal assistant or paralegal.
    • Knowledge of family law and/or civil litigation procedures.
    • Proficiency in legal research and document management.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
