Seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and organized individual for a full time, permanent role supporting a fast-paced Homeowners Association Property Management company.
- Fulltime hours; Monday-Friday
Pay is based on experience:

Responsibilities:
- Manage resident relations issues, which includes taking resident phone calls, comments, and concerns.
- Responsible for the overall administrative operation of the properties managed
- Responsible for day to day implementation of policies and procedures that ensure wellmanaged, wellmaintained communities.
- File and maintain official records for each community
- Schedule and execute monthly inspections of properties (_
Inspections will be done in personal vehicle_) - Attend board meetings (_
Board meetings will be held in the evenings_) - Solicit and obtain bids for any maintenance work that each community may need and relay bids with the Board of Directors
- Coordinate special projects as requested by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:

MUST be able to attend evening board meetings

MUST have a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

MUST be organized
- Strong reporting and selfdiscipline skills; must have a high sense of urgency, be able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- High level of problemsolving
- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual is a plus
Pay:
$45, $48,000.00 per year
