Overview:
Planned Systems International, LLC (PSI) is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) customer.
Position is On-site in Washington, DC
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Support project management activities including coordinating multiple tasks and project teams, distributing project communications, and participating in various meetings and events.
- Support project meetings and conference calls for assigned projects, workgroups, and teams (to include scheduling, reserving conference rooms, issuing invitations, developing the agenda, and recording minutes).
- Plan, maintain, and manage multiple senior executive calendars and effectively negotiating scheduling conflicts daily.
- Assist in developing, proofreading, and editing executivelevel briefings and presentations without errors exhibiting proficiency with a wide variety of graphic and office automation tools ensuring proper format, grammar, and style.
- Support several HR initiatives providing various services, including program and project management related support, communication support, program analysis, change management, organizational and functional assessments, performance metric development, data analysis, implementation planning, and business process reengineering.
- Create reports, metrics and tracking mechanisms and provide analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and consolidate status report information on a weekly and monthly timeframe.
- Tracking status on contractor on and offboarding and coordinating with both internal and Government groups.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education).
- 10 years related experience required.
- Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies; ideally VA or DoD.
- Ability to interact and engage with Executivelevel stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Capable selfstarter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
- Ability to interact and engage with Executivelevel stakeholders.
