- Support Release cadence and coordination activities across Product Teams and Shared Services
- Support Integrated Release Planning, Release Scrums, Scrum of Scrums, and related ceremonies
- Ensure software deployments are promoted in support of test activities within development environments in accordance with the Release Schedule and established framework
- Assist in removing roadblocks/impediments for the various teams
- Capture and maintain key metrics related to software development, quality, and related artifacts
- Manage software application releases
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 10 years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Experience working within SAFe and Agile frameworks specifically as a Configuration Manager
- Ability to break down high-level tasking into smaller units of work and self-manage development progress in working toward set deadlines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to articulate design concepts and technology benefits.
- Understanding of repeatable automated processes for building an application, testing it, documenting it, and deploying it at scale
- SAFe 5.1 SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- AWS certification
- Experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques
- Experience with development tools such as Git / Bitbucket, Confluence / Jira
- NRO experience
