Interim Healthcare has an Immediate need for Home Health Per Diem Nurses.
You make your own schedule & we will provide you shifts to your availability
$35 to $40 per visit
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO THE PASADENA AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR HOME VISITS - Examples - Pasadena, Baldwin Park, Monrovia, Burbank, Covina - some of the cities in our service area
_ Must be fully Vaccinated with Booster (Vax card will be required)_
_ Must have at least 1 year of Home Health Experience_
Job Details:
- One on one private duty nursing shift care
- Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care
- Monitor client's condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications
- Wound Care
- IV Care
- Notify supervisor of changes in client's condition
- Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate selfcare techniques
- Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
- Participate in Continuing Education Programs

Qualifications:
- Valid CA LVN License (Licensed Vocational Nurse)
- One Year of Home Health Experience Preferred
- Must be fully Vaccinated with Booster (Vax card will be required)
- Valid CPR (American Heart Association)
- Recent TB and Physical
- EMR Skill Set (Tablet or Laptop)
- Positive Attitude
