    Exciting Opportunity in the Property Damage Restoration Industry

    If you are seeking a change in your career or just entering the workforce, the property damage restoration sector offers a dynamic and engaging environment. We are committed to helping you excel as a Water Technician and progress to leadership roles, managing teams, and even tackling reconstruction projects. The question is: are you ready to rise to the challenge?

    If you can handle the following responsibilities, we want you on our team:

    • Coordinating with property owners to assess and address damages
    • Performing light demolition tasks
    • Monitoring job progress daily, documenting readings, capturing photos, and entering detailed notes into our database
    • On-call duties during weekends, responding to emergencies promptly
    • Working in tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces
    • Adhering to strict safety protocols while dealing with mold or sewage leaks

    In addition to the above, your role will also involve:

    • Guiding property owners through the insurance claims process
    • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

    If you possess the following Skills/Characteristics:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Proficiency with technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Being bilingual is a plus

    To qualify, you should have:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, or Fire Damage Restoration
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC- WRT, ANSI, AMRT) will be advantageous
    • Comfort working in confined areas and a valid driver's license

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience:

    • Restoration, Mitigation, and Remediation: 1 year (Preferred)

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    License or certification:

    • Driver's License (Required)
    • IICRC, WRT, ANSI, AMRT or related, etc. is a plus!
