    Compensation:

    $23 - $27 hourly

    Responsibilities:

    What You'll Get To Do

    • Lead and execute a job action plan for restoration production
    • Set up monitoring drying equipment in customers' homes or commercial spaces
    • Communicate with the foreman, team members, and homeowners
    • Document customer files with photos and notes in the customer database
    • Remove damaged or affected materials lined out by the foreman in a controlled area
    • Move and store customer belongings as directed by the foreman
    • Display competency with mitigation tools, including power tools, and truck-mounted extractors
    • Extract standing water if needed
    • Maintain and adhere to job site safety compliance
    • Participate in and manage after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities
    • Additional duties as assigned as needed
    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Commitment to safety standards.
    • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
    • Regularly walking, standing, bending, and twisting
    • Working in tight or confined spaces, as well as heights, is expected in this role.
    • Adaptability to changing needs and schedules.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation is mandatory.
