Arrow Sign Company was founded in 1952 as Arrow Neon Sign Company. In our early years, Arrow focused primarily on theatre signage.

Through these relationships, Arrow expanded its services to include structural steel and crane/rigging work, becoming the leader in drive-in screen fabrication and erection.

This foundation moved Arrow into the large custom sign arena.

While maintaining and servicing our commercial signage, we progressed into other areas within the industry due to customers' demand and a lack of qualified specialty contractors.

Our growth has been attributable to our ability to remain flexible within an ever-changing marketplace. We remain amiable to adjust to the requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble various sign types according to specifications and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functionality of installed products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous sign experience or a construction knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
